Role Overview: You will be joining Arista Networks to scale the WiFi Team in the Pune Development Center and contribute to taking the Cognitive WiFi solution to the next level. Arista has ambitious plans to grow the Pune-based Development Center in the next couple of years, providing you with the opportunity to have a significant impact on the shape and direction as the office expands. Key Responsibilities: - Research and develop techniques for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and auto remediation with the Cognitive WiFi team. - Develop Machine Learning (ML) models and assess their effectiveness across all of Aristas customers. - Design, develop, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for various applications such as natural language understanding, generation, summarization, and question-answering. - Extract and analyze data from a wide variety of Wi-Fi networks. - Develop proof of concepts and implement new features in Aristas CloudVision Wi-Fi solution. - Potentially share findings with a broader community through talks and blog posts. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI technologies. - Proficiency in Python or R and SQL. - Extensive experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), including architecture understanding, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deployment. - Familiarity with Pandas (Python) or Tidyverse (R) libraries. - Experience in using Jupyter or RStudio/RMarkdown notebooks.
