Job Description
You will be joining the DCP operational team in data protection, responsible for ensuring the operational stability and availability of Data Protection services. Your role will involve managing various data protection services such as data leakage prevention, secure key management, and digital rights management. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing Azure cloud-based data protection applications like O365 DLP and RMS. Your responsibilities will include incident management, analyzing outages, proposing system enhancements, and overseeing process improvements to increase overall efficiency. You should have a deep understanding of Data Leakage Prevention systems and be skilled in operating system platforms and databases like MS Windows, Linux, UNIX, MS SQL, Oracle, and MySQL. Moreover, experience with security applications installations, configuration, and troubleshooting will be essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data leakage prevention, secure key management, and digital rights management services
- Manage Azure cloud-based data protection applications like O365 DLP and RMS
- Act as the incident manager for the respective services within the support portfolio
- Analyze outages and defective states, initiating and monitoring measures to remedy them
- Propose and implement systems enhancements
- Manage the development of new processes and oversee improvements on existing processes
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams to improve security infrastructure
Qualifications Required:
- At least 6 years of experience in the IT industry
- Experience with security applications installations, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Deep understanding of Data Leakage Prevention systems
- Strong skills in operating system platforms and databases
- Experience in Python or Perl scripting language
- Hands-on experience of Automation tools
- Azure Information Protection administrator and associate level of knowledge is preferred
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Azure/CISM/CISSP certifications preferred
