Job Description
Role Overview:
At EY, as a Security Analyst in the Risk Consulting team focusing on Cyber Security, your primary responsibility will involve daily monitoring and maintenance of enterprise Data Protection tools/solutions. You will be expected to properly administer and care for the Data Protection tools, monitor alerts generated by the tool, and collaborate with various teams including IT Operations, Network Operations, Legal, and Risk Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build DATA PROTECTION solution concepts and deployment requirements
- Deploy DATA PROTECTION tools and implement endpoint protection
- Collaborate with vendors to support DATA PROTECTION technology (troubleshooting, upgrades, etc)
- Administer Data Protection tools by configuring policies, upgrading, and patching
- Monitor and respond to alerts from Data Protection systems and other technologies
- Follow incident response processes through event escalations
- Assist in maintaining the leading DATA LOSS PREVENTION/CASB system
- Support clients in privacy-related incident response activities
- Act as an interim team member for the client's team, fulfilling roles such as security officer, security manager, or security analyst
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience supporting Data Security Technology
- Experience in Information Security concepts related to Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Experience with Data Loss Prevention, CASB Technology support, and Event Handling
- Hands-on experience with leading Data Loss Prevention and CASB tools such as MS Purview, Digital Guardian, McAfee, etc
- Proficiency in MS Purview DLP, Information Protection, CASB, and relevant compliance modules
- Technical/Vendor certification is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
