Data Modeler ERwin

As an experienced Data Modeler, your role will involve designing and maintaining enterprise data models using ERwin to support analytics, reporting, and data warehouse environments. Your expertise in Snowflake, SQL, and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI will be crucial for this position. You will work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable data models. Your responsibilities will include designing logical, physical, and dimensional data models, performing data analysis and mapping, supporting analytics dashboards and reports, and ensuring data quality and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop logical, physical, and dimensional data models using ERwin Data Modeler. - Translate data requirements into scalable models in collaboration with stakeholders. - Develop data models supporting Snowflake-based data warehouse and analytics platforms. - Perform data analysis and mapping between source systems and target databases. - Collaborate with ETL and BI teams to support analytics and reporting. - Create and maintain data dictionaries, metadata, and documentation. - Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance optimization. - Support the development of analytics dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI. - Follow data governance standards and modeling best practices. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in data modeling. - Strong hands-on experience with ERwin Data Modeler. - Strong experience with Snowflake data warehouse. - Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and management. - Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI. - Strong knowledge of data warehouse concepts and data architecture. - Experience with large datasets and enterprise analytics environments.
