Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of data improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Develop data lineage flows, design databases, and data taxonomies, define data elements and concepts, and support data migration into cloud-based infrastructure.
- Support multi-year digitization and generative AI initiatives across workflows, ratings, research, and ESG.
- Investigate, analyze, and improve data taxonomies and attributes for workflow datasets.
- Assist in developing harmonized data requirements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Participate in defining data concepts, common reference data, and sound data usage practices.
- Partner with technology, data, and process teams to establish next-generation data structure plans and governance.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the Digital Ratings Platform (DRP).
- Identify, clean, validate, and migrate data elements from legacy systems to modern infrastructure.
- Design and monitor KPIs related to data processes and data quality.
- Utilize SQL scripting to extract and analyze data patterns and standardization needs.
- Work in Agile pods to define business data requirements and improve digital technology solutions.
- Collaborate with learning and process teams to develop data training, communication, and rollout plans.
Qualifications Required:
- 4+ years of demonstrable experience in data management and data transformation roles.
- Experience using Master Data Management and Data Governance tools such as SQL, dBeaver, Access, Collibra.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of database structures, data lineage mapping, data governance reporting, SQL.
- Experience working with unstructured data.
- Experience working with customers and/or users to understand data requirements and use cases.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.
