Job Description
As a Data Analytics Specialist at EY, you will play a pivotal role in designing, managing, and optimizing data infrastructure. You will be part of the Data Strategy team, contributing to the technological aspects of data infrastructure for Clients & Industries (C&I) and select EY-wide data. Your work will directly enable the business to innovate and stay ahead of the competition.
**Key responsibilities:**
- Translate data-driven insights into actionable decisions.
- Solve problems with a rapid prototyping mindset and a curiosity about data.
- Use data visualization to translate statistical models into business value.
- Uncover hidden potential by pinpointing data optimization patterns.
- Stay aware of new and emerging technologies in the marketplace.
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to provide Machine Learning algorithms with quality data.
- Develop consistent methods to extract data from various EY tools and translate it into insights.
- Build, customize, and manage integration tools, databases, warehouses, and analytical systems.
- Apply experience with APIs and Data sharing technologies to develop strategies for connecting and sharing data across platforms.
- Manage data and metadata by transforming raw data to make it consumable for analysis and reporting.
- Leverage experience with AI and Large Language Models to create summaries, insights, and optimize business processes.
- Design and maintain data warehouses, including data lakes, data lake houses, and data marts.
- Monitor and modify the performance and stability of connected systems as needed.
- Ensure data security based on privacy, GDPR, and information security guidelines.
