Data Consultant - OTC - SAP HANA

As an experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Process Data Expert, your role will be critical in ensuring successful global transformation projects by supporting a greenfield S/4HANA implementation across various business processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Data Enablement & Solution Design: - Partner with global stakeholders to define data requirements aligned with standardized processes. - Translate business process designs into clear master and transactional data definitions for S/4HANA. - Ensure consistent data models and hierarchies across geographies. - Functional Process Data Ownership: - Define data objects, attributes, and mandatory fields. - Align data structures with SAP best practices and industry standards. - Data Migration & Readiness: - Support data cleansing, enrichment, and harmonization. - Define and validate data mapping rules to S/4HANA. - Participate in mock conversions, data loads, and reconciliation activities. - Data Governance & Standards: - Support the establishment of global data standards and policies. - Define roles, ownership, and stewardship models for data. - Contribute to data quality monitoring and remediation processes. - Testing, Cutover & Hypercare: - Support testing with a focus on data accuracy. - Validate business scenarios using migrated data. - Assist in cutover planning and post-go-live support. Qualifications Required: Experience: - 5+ years of SAP functional experience with a strong data focus. - Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Involvement in large-scale global ERP implementations. - Deep understanding of business processes and data objects. - Experience with data migration, cleansing, and validation. Technical & Functional Skills: - Strong knowledge of SAP master data objects. - Understanding of S/4HANA data model changes. - Experience with SAP MDG or similar governance tools. - Familiarity with data migration tools and ability to interpret data models. Soft Skills: - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to work in cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills. - Comfortable in a fast-paced transformation environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in manufacturing or asset-intensive industries. - Previous role as Functional Data Lead. - Knowledge of data quality tools and metrics. This position does not involve SAP configuration but requires a deep understanding of SAP systems and processes.
