As a Data Analytics/Senior Data Analytics/Data Scientist at a Leading NBFC & Banks in Mumbai, you will: Role Overview: You will own specific work streams within larger projects and manage internal processes for successful project implementation. Your responsibilities will include performing research, documenting project activities, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to increase analytics adoption in decision-making. You will also be required to independently execute projects. Key Responsibilities: - Provide data-driven solutions - Demonstrate a good understanding and experience in Model Development and implementation - Ability to comprehend complex business problems and hands-on exposure to analytics processes such as data collection, extraction, and preparation - Effectively communicate the context and value of data analysis to stakeholders - Collaborate with internal and external business partners to develop, implement, track, and enhance analytics strategies Qualifications Required: - Proficiency and experience in econometric and statistical techniques - Proficiency in Python, SQL, Pandas, Numpy, Skilearn, Tensorflow/PyTorch, etc. - Sound understanding of statistical concepts and modeling techniques - Familiarity with evaluation metrics - Strong logical thought process and ability to translate open-ended problems into data-driven solutions This job requires you to have a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to project teams.
