You will actively participate in trainings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to continuously enhance your technical and analytical skills. Using advanced SQL, you will extract, define, and manipulate large datasets from multiple sources. Troubleshooting and fixing SQL query and database issues to ensure data accuracy and optimal system performance is a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will build, optimize, and maintain SQL pipelines to automate data workflows and ensure data accuracy. In terms of team management, you will mentor and guide junior analysts and team members to ensure continuous growth and development. Planning, allocating, and managing team tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables, conducting regular team reviews and stand-ups to track progress, and resolving blockers will be part of your responsibilities.
