Data Analyst (SAP Analytics Cloud)

As a Data Analyst (SAP Analytics Cloud) at Expound Technivo, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping businesses digitally transform and optimize their operations. Your main responsibility will be to support customers in effectively using SAP software, integrating third-party tools, and continuously gaining business value. By engaging with customers in a consultative manner, you will establish yourself as a trusted partner throughout their lifecycle. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for planning, designing, and developing analytical dashboards from scratch, maintaining and migrating pre-existing dashboards, and guiding customers to make the most of their data. Additionally, you may design, develop, or re-engineer application components, integrate software packages, and demonstrate flexibility in problem-solving environments. Travel to client sites, both locally and overseas, may be required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, design, and develop analytical dashboards - Maintain, re-design, and migrate pre-existing dashboards and queries - Guide customers in optimizing their data flow process - Design, develop, and integrate application components across multiple platforms - Demonstrate knowledge and experience in SAP Workflow - Be flexible and analytical in problem-solving - Travel to client sites as needed - Exhibit leadership, excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills **Qualifications Required:** - Proven technical experience with SAP Analytics technologies - Good understanding of SAP data structures, data flow, and predictive capabilities - Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud as a planning tool - Proficiency in BI/visualization tools such as Lumira Designer, Lumira Discovery, and Web Intelligence - Experience in query design through Bex designer **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in Implementation, Upgrade, Maintenance, and Post Production support projects - Familiarity with technologies like Data lakes, AWS, Power-Bi, Tableau At Expound Technivo, we value candidates who apply for roles that align with their experience and expertise.
