Role Overview:
You will lead and implement advanced analytical processes through data/text mining, model development, and prediction to enable informed business decisions. You will apply sound analytical expertise to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources to provide insights and recommend high-quality solutions to leadership across levels. Additionally, you will plan initiatives from concept to execution with minimal supervision and communicate results to a broad range of audiences. Developing a superior understanding of Customer Experience touchpoints through internal and external sources to creatively solve business problems and lead the team from concept to execution of projects will also be a key part of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional projects and programs formally preparing and presenting to management.
- Routinely work on multiple highly complex assignments concurrently.
- Provide consultation to Senior Leadership on a regular basis.
- Apply curiosity and inquisitiveness to reason well and raise pertinent questions.
- Identify available data, including internal and external data sources, work with subject matter experts to select relevant sources of information.
- Explore data sets from various sources to gather, synthesize, and analyze relevant data.
- Refine hypotheses, discover new relationships, insights, and analytic paths from the data.
- Identify the latest technological advances that accelerate data analytics for the enterprise.
- Provide analytics expertise to solve in-depth and technical problems. Develop design approaches to validate findings or test hypotheses.
- Create appropriate algorithms to discover patterns, trends, and clusters in related or unrelated variables.
- Gather relevant information, identify relationships, deduce cause to effect, and draw logical conclusions to drive business decisions.
- Present senior executives with strong storytelling capability to derive insights from data.
- Help the business understand the data behind their results to gain stakeholder buy-in.
- Provide thought leadership and dependable execution on diverse projects.
- Lead the discovery process with stakeholders to identify business requirements and expected outcomes.
- Frame business scenarios in meaningful ways and depict findings in easy-to-understand terms.
Qualifications Required:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in analytics, consulting, informatics, and statistics.
- Key skills in Data and Business Analytics, Advanced Statistics and Predictive Modeling, Stakeholder Management, Project Management.
- Experience in customer segmentation analytics, campaign analytics, etc., is a plus.
- Exposure to predictive analytics, ML/AI techniques is an added advantage.
- Education MBA/Masters in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering from tier 1/2 institutes.
- Tools SQL, Python, Databricks, Data Visualization, PowerBI.
- Good to have Azure Analysis services, DS/ML experience.
