Job Description

Role Overview: As a CRM & BI Expert at METRO GSC, you will play a key role in supporting METRO's global customer relationship management and business intelligence initiatives. Your main responsibilities will involve analyzing data, generating insights, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance commercial performance. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaborative teamwork across different teams and countries are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, analyze, and interpret large marketing and customer data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Integrate multiple data sources to provide a comprehensive, cross-channel view of the customer. - Execute, monitor, and evaluate campaign performance, offering insights for optimization. - Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders to facilitate decision-making. - Conduct complex ad-hoc analyses to support METRO's business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional and country CRM/marketing teams to align activities with business goals. - Ensure data accuracy and maintain well-structured documentation for the analysis process. - Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions to enhance efficiency and optimize service delivery within the GSC. Skills & Competencies: - Strong analytical mindset with expertise in marketing and CRM data analysis. - Highly organized with a structured approach and keen attention to detail. - Effective time management skills, adaptable to a fast-paced environment. - Advanced data analytics and automation skills, proficient in processing and transforming large datasets. - Proficiency in Power BI, advanced Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint), and basic knowledge of database structures and query languages (SQL). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated ability in project management and coordination. - Capability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams, conducting CRM analyses for multiple stakeholders. - Agile and results-oriented working style with strong self-organization skills. - High level of initiative, motivation, and a friendly yet professional demeanor. - Fluency in professional English; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. - 3-5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, CRM, CRM activation, or other commercial functions. - Experience in retail, wholesale, or FMCG industries is a strong advantage. - Exposure to international or multi-market environments is beneficial.
