Role Overview: As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) at Zenatix, your primary responsibility will be to analyze data to ensure customer satisfaction and successful execution of pilots for IoT automation solutions. You will also be involved in data visualization by creating custom dashboards and reports using proprietary tools. Additionally, you will work on data analytics to draw insights and prepare business cases regularly. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and ensure successful execution of pilots for IoT automation solutions - Calculate energy savings and quantify other benefits - Prepare custom dashboards and reports using Zenatixs proprietary tools - Regularly monitor customers dashboards and troubleshoot any issues on priority - Analyze clients' data to draw insights and prepare business cases and reports - Identify opportunities to improve dashboard widgets and controls - Coordinate with internal teams for issue troubleshooting and implementation of new features - Engage with the sales team to assess benefits in terms of customer delight or ROI Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering - 0-1 years of relevant experience (freshers encouraged to apply) - Strong analytical skills for solving unstructured problems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel (Advanced), and Word - Basic knowledge of HVAC systems - Excellent communication skills in English for effective presentations - Optional/Added Advantage: Experience with business analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or proficiency in Python data analytics Company Details: Zenatix, recently acquired by Schneider Electric, is the largest provider of IoT-based automation and monitoring solutions with deployments across various cities in India.
