Cyber Security Specialist - Cisco

As a Cybersecurity Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery of cybersecurity projects and services across clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing a team of cybersecurity engineers, analysts, and consultants, ensuring their performance and capability development. - Reviewing and validating security architectures, designs, and implementation plans. - Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of cybersecurity solutions aligned with client requirements. - Acting as the primary technical contact for key customers, handling escalations, reviews, and providing technical guidance. - Driving delivery governance, best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Collaborating with sales and pre-sales teams for solutioning, sizing, and proposal support. - Evaluating and integrating new cybersecurity technologies and tools into the practice. - Overseeing SOC operations, threat management processes, and incident response activities (as applicable). Your technical skills and expertise should include a strong hands-on experience with various cybersecurity technologies such as Cisco Security (Firewalls, ISE, Email Security, Secure Endpoint, VPN), Barracuda (WAF, CloudGen Firewalls, Email Security), Palo Alto Networks (NGFW, Prisma, Cortex), CrowdStrike (Falcon Endpoint Security Platform), Trend Micro (Tipping Point, Anti-APT, NDR, XDR, CREM, Threat Intelligence). Additionally, a deep understanding of cybersecurity domains including threat detection, vulnerability management, network security, endpoint security, and access management is required. In terms of leadership and soft skills, you should have proven experience in managing cybersecurity delivery teams, strong customer-facing and stakeholder management capabilities, excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to drive governance, discipline, and technical excellence within the practice. For qualifications, a Bachelors/Masters degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, PCNSE, CrowdStrike Certifications, Cisco Security Certifications, etc., will be an added advantage.
