Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as a Cyber Security Solution Specialist, where you will be responsible for engaging with customers to support cybersecurity business growth through consultative engagement and solution positioning. Your role will involve regular field engagement with customers, collaborating with Sales and Business Development teams to understand security requirements, recommend appropriate solutions, and support opportunity progression. Your active participation in customer meetings, technical engagements, and solution demonstrations will help generate customer interest, support lead development, and contribute to successful deal closures. Key Responsibilities: - Engage directly with customers to understand their security challenges and infrastructure environment through field meetings, on-site discussions, and virtual engagements. - Conduct discovery discussions with IT teams, decision makers, and business stakeholders to assess customer environments and identify relevant cybersecurity solutions aligned to their requirements. - Recommend and position appropriate cybersecurity solutions from the portfolio to customers. - Conduct product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and technical presentations for customers. - Support Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements when required, articulating solution benefits, use cases, and differentiators to both technical and business stakeholders. - Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development teams during customer visits and solution discussions. - Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and technical workshops to support opportunity progression through technical inputs and solution validation. - Assist in explaining solution architecture and deployment approach at a high level. - Support business growth by identifying potential customer opportunities and participating in customer discussions that help generate interest in cybersecurity solutions. - Assist in converting leads into qualified opportunities through consultative discussions and solution demonstrations, providing technical support during the opportunity lifecycle. - Present the overall cybersecurity portfolio and its relevance to customer environments, explaining how different solutions work together to strengthen security posture. - Support Channel Partners during customer engagements and solution discussions, conducting product awareness and technical enablement sessions for sales teams and partners to strengthen cybersecurity capability within the sales ecosystem. Qualification Required: - You should have 8 to 13 years of experience in cybersecurity presales, solution consulting, or technical advisory roles. - Experience in customer-facing roles involving technical discussions and solution demonstrations is required. - Exposure to working closely with sales teams and channel partners is preferred. - Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity technologies, particularly in areas such as Security Operations Center (SOC), Endpoint Security, Email Security, and additional exposure to areas like Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Vulnerability Assessment & Patch Management, Cloud Security, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) would be advantageous.
