Job Description
As a Penetration Tester, your role involves understanding complex computer systems and technical cybersecurity environments to conduct penetration testing projects. You will be simulating sophisticated actors to identify security vulnerabilities in various client infrastructure such as Web and Mobile Apps. Your responsibilities include documenting and communicating findings at both technical and executive management levels, assisting in offensive capabilities development, and creating internal tools for penetration tests execution. Additionally, you will conduct research to develop new tools or scripts to identify vulnerabilities and provide recommendations to mitigate risks in complex scenarios where vulnerabilities cannot be remediated.
Qualifications required for this role include a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, or related work experience. You should have 5+ years of experience in Penetration Testing and/or Red Teaming, with expertise in testing web applications, infrastructure, mobile applications, and performing vulnerability assessments. Proficiency in using tools like Kali Linux, Burp, Metasploit, and other security tools is essential. You should be able to effectively prioritize workload, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate professionalism and ethical standards. Preferred professional qualifications such as OSCP, eJPT, CEH, and programming experience in languages like Python, .NET are beneficial for this role.
