Job Description

As a Manager / Senior Manager in CXM Analytics at Tredence, you will have the opportunity to partner with business stakeholders to solve complex customer & marketing challenges, drive data-driven decision-making using advanced analytics & ML, lead CXM engagements, and build scalable analytics solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and leading high-performing analytics teams. In this role, you will work on a variety of tasks including customer segmentation, CLTV, propensity modeling & recommendation engines, campaign effectiveness, A/B testing, marketing mix modeling, and retail data analysis (Customer, Orders, Merchandising, Clickstream, Promotions). You will also be involved in building scalable data products and analytics frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business stakeholders to solve complex customer & marketing challenges - Drive data-driven decision-making using advanced analytics & ML - Lead CXM engagements and build scalable analytics solutions - Mentor and lead high-performing analytics teams Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in Retail / Marketing Analytics - Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Py Spark - Expertise in Machine Learning (Regression, Classification, Clustering) - Experience with GCP / AWS / Azure / Databricks / Snowflake - Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau / Power BI - Proven leadership experience with at least 5 years of managing teams If you are passionate about Customer & Marketing Analytics and ready to make a significant impact on global clients, this role could be the perfect fit for you at Tredence.
