Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Banking Process No Sales / No Target)
Job Summary:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Banking Process. This is a non-sales, non-target role where candidates will handle customer queries and provide support over calls. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer queries
- Provide accurate information related to banking services
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Manage multiple tasks with proper prioritization
- Update and maintain customer records in the system
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum HS Passed (Higher Secondary)
- Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers can apply)
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
- Persuasive and good negotiation ability
- High level of customer centricity
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Additional Information:

Salary: 13,000/- to 15,000/- (Based on experience & communication)
