Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Service Executives (Non-Voice Process) with at least 0- 8 years of experience in handling customer Chats or emails and delivering excellent service. The role involves managing inbound/outbound non-voice interactions, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer Chats professionally
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
- Maintain high standards of call quality and customer satisfaction
- Record customer interactions and update details in CRM systems
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues as per defined procedures
- Achieve individual and team KPIs (AHT, CSAT, QA, FCR, etc.)
- Follow company policies, compliance, and quality guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline)
- Experience: 0- 8 year of experience in Customer Service / Voice Process (mandatory)
- Languages:
- Good English communication (mandatory)
- Hindi
Required Skills
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge
- Ability to handle challenging customers calmly
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
Work Conditions
