Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist at Proziod Analytics, your role will involve providing excellent customer support to ensure a seamless experience for clients. You will be collaborating with the Product, Sales, and Support teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain the company's reputation for high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Understand customer issues and provide accurate solutions.
- Guide users on product features and functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and report technical or product-related issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and support tickets.
- Monitor customer feedback and complaints on social media.
- Share customer feedback and improvement suggestions with internal teams.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Assist in improving the overall customer support process.
Qualification Required:
- Graduation completed (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Proficient in Hindi and English (mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or help desk software is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and remain patient in challenging situations.
