Customer Relationship Management Business Analyst

Job Description: You are a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with a focus on Data Analytics, specializing in Snowflake and Tableau. Your role is crucial in bridging business needs with data-driven solutions by leveraging your expertise in Salesforce, Snowflake Data Warehousing, and Tableau Reporting. Your responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications, designing and optimizing data models, collaborating with data engineering teams, creating insightful dashboards and reports, performing data analysis and validation, supporting Salesforce enhancements, ensuring alignment between Salesforce data and downstream analytics platforms, and driving UAT, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce and analytics solutions - Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional specifications and data requirements - Design and optimize data models, reference tables, and data relationships - Collaborate with data engineering teams for Snowflake data warehouse design and implementation - Create insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau for business decision-making - Perform data analysis, data validation, and data quality checks - Support Salesforce enhancements (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) from a BA perspective - Work with cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, and Product Owners - Ensure alignment between Salesforce data and downstream analytics platforms - Drive UAT, documentation, and stakeholder communication Qualifications Required: - Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the Salesforce ecosystem - Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) - Good understanding of data warehousing concepts (Snowflake preferred) - Robust knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and reference data management - Experience in Tableau dashboard creation and data visualization - Proficiency in SQL for data analysis - Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, and UAT support - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Additional Details: The job is located in India and offers remote work flexibility. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience and will be employed on a contract basis.
