Job Description
As a Credit Card Portfolio & Customer Lifecycle Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing credit card portfolio optimization, customer lifecycle management, and campaign strategies. Your role will involve utilizing strong analytical skills, product segmentation expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable growth, loyalty, and effective risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead portfolio optimization initiatives to ensure profitability and enhance customer value.
- Oversee data analysis and implement product segmentation strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage campaign strategies to ensure effective targeting, execution, and measurement of ROI.
- Develop and implement loyalty solutions to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with risk teams to monitor and mitigate credit card losses.
- Drive customer lifecycle strategies focusing on acquisition, activation, usage, and retention.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to analysts to ensure best practices in data handling and insights generation.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or Data Science preferred.
- 812 years of experience in credit card portfolio management, customer lifecycle, and campaign leadership.
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools such as SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI.
- Strong background in product segmentation including cluster analysis, RFM, and behavioral segmentation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and stakeholder management abilities.
In this role, you will need to demonstrate the following key competencies:
- Strategic leadership and effective decision-making.
- Balancing growth objectives with risk management considerations.
- Collaborating effectively across business, risk, and analytics teams.
- Maintaining a customer-centric mindset and innovating in loyalty and lifecycle strategies.
Please note that the indicative salary range for this position is INR 25-35 LPA for an 18-month project duration, with certain expenses reimbursed. Salary will be commensurate with the right profile, and logistical support will be provided for a smooth work experience.
