You will play a crucial part in supporting sales processes, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. Acting as a liaison between the company and its users, you will drive customer-focused initiatives and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly.
- Support sales processes and interact with internal teams for faster issue resolution.
- Conduct training sessions and collaborate with internal teams.
- Act as a liaison between the company and its users to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS related Environment.
- Natural passion to engage with customers to solve their problems.
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service.
- Experience in Sales to support product recommendations and upselling opportunities.
- Skills in Training to conduct client workshops or onboarding sessions effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve issues in real-time with a customer-first mindset.
- Experience with EHS/ESG software, digital platforms, or enterprise systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
