- Post-Graduate degree in English/Literature background
- Instructional Design degree/certification

- Incorporating evidence-based practices into instructional materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with academic standards.
- Utilizing readability tests and guidelines to make instructional materials accessible and engaging.
- Designing assessments that measure learner outcomes and provide valuable feedback.
- Staying updated on trends in instructional design, educational technology, and the US education landscape.
The desired skills for this position include:
- Exceptional writing skills and extensive experience in content creation.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Experience in the K-12 educational domain, particularly with U.S. clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and e-learning authoring tools like Articulate.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new skills and embrace innovations in educational design.
