CT PATS UX Architect

Role Overview: You will be joining a dynamic team as a UX Architect, focusing on designing cutting edge products that enhance user experience and align with business needs. Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and user research professionals to create intuitive interfaces for desktop and mobile applications. You will play a key part in translating brand strategy into product design and promoting good user experience practices within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with product managers to develop new products based on customer needs and business models - Define and document user experiences for various platforms, ensuring consistency and usability - Collaborate with a team of UX designers and interaction designers to drive user experience across multiple portfolios - Transform business requirements into user-focused product designs and interfaces - Establish relationships across business and IT sectors to gather insights and promote industry best practices - Lead communication efforts to educate stakeholders on the importance of good user experience design Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree from a Tier 1 school in design/engineering - 7+ years of experience in large web scale product companies with exposure to senior management - Minimum 5 years of experience in User Experience Design and Interaction Design - Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Invision, Axure, Photoshop, Zeplin, etc. - Knowledge of agile practices, design thinking, and visual design principles - Strong understanding of Information Architecture and Interaction Design Additional Details: You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where ideas are challenged and have the ability to make informed decisions with imperfect information. The role may involve regular international and domestic travel, and you should be prepared for extended working hours as needed. Certification requirements for this position are not specified.
