Creative Visual Designer

As a Graphic Designer at Outland Circle, you will be responsible for creating professional quality creatives for social media, ads, print collaterals like brochures, presentation decks, reports, etc. You will work closely with the marketing team to translate briefs into sleek, powerful, and effective pieces of media. We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience who can take full ownership of projects and work independently. Please note that we do not handle branding or UI/UX projects. Qualities We Want: - Ability to work fast with attention to detail - Intelligent interpretation of chaotic briefs - Willingness to learn fast - Strong communication skills - Keen aesthetic sense and attention to detail Detailed Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience working as a graphic designer - Degree or diploma in visual design (not mandatory, but understanding of design principles is required) - Solid portfolio showcasing different types of projects - Expertise with Adobe Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign - Understanding of design fundamentals like typography, layout, and visual hierarchy - Must be reliable and stick to commitments About the Company: Outland Circle is a marketing agency in Bangalore that supports entrepreneurs with high-quality content, creative, and marketing strategies.
