Job Description

As a Creative Head / Marketing Manager at Building Doctors, you will play a crucial role in leading the marketing function of the company. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals, leading brand building initiatives, planning and managing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing content creation, driving lead generation campaigns, managing the company's online presence, executing offline marketing activities, analyzing campaign performance, managing external vendors, agencies, designers, and freelancers, mentoring an internal marketing team, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals - Lead brand building initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels - Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, and paid advertising - Oversee content creation including creatives, videos, blogs, brochures, and promotional materials - Drive lead generation campaigns and coordinate closely with sales/operations teams for conversions - Manage and optimize the companys online presence (website, Google listings, social platforms) - Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as local campaigns, events, hoardings, and print media - Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights - Manage external vendors, agencies, designers, and freelancers as required - Build, mentor, and guide a small internal marketing team (if applicable) - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine strategies Required Skills: - Strong expertise in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads) - Creative thinking with a strong sense of branding and visual communication - Leadership and team management capabilities - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM tools - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Understanding of local/regional market dynamics Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field - MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification is preferred - 36 years of experience in marketing, branding, or digital marketing roles - Prior experience in construction, real estate, or service-based industries is highly preferred - Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and generating leads In this role, you will be measured by key performance indicators including an increase in qualified leads generated through digital and offline channels, growth in brand awareness and online engagement metrics, improvement in website traffic and search engine rankings, conversion rate optimization and cost-per-lead efficiency, ROI on marketing campaigns, and consistency and quality of brand communication across platforms.
