Creative Digital Artist

As a Graphic Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate the audience. You will work on various projects, including branding, digital marketing assets, social media graphics, and print materials, ensuring alignment with our brand identity. - Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop innovative design ideas and layouts. - Create high-quality graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements. - Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for visual consistency across all touchpoints. - Manage multiple design projects from concept to final delivery, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate requirements into high-impact visuals. - Prepare final files for print (CMYK) and digital (RGB) use, ensuring technical specifications are met. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 24 years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio. - Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Figma or Canva is a plus. - Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color harmony. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs. In addition to the above qualifications, the following skills and experience are preferred: - Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro). - Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or UI/UX principles. - Experience in a specific industry (e.g., E-commerce, Real Estate, or SaaS).
