CPQ Expert/System Analyst

As a CPQ expert, you will play a crucial role in gathering business requirements and implementing them within Apttus CPQ. The requirements can vary from commercial, pricing, and contractual aspects. **Main Responsibility and Activities:** - Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and solution design, overseeing development, and conducting demos for enhancements and transformational initiatives. - Ensure high-quality execution across the full SDLC, preparing for development, CI/CD, SQA, UAT, and deployment. - Operate in a Scrum-oriented environment, actively participating in Agile ceremonies, maintaining Jira progress, and supporting a well-prioritized backlog. - Approach business and technical challenges holistically, providing scalable and elegant solutions. - Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and SQA teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes, methodologies, and governance standards. **GenAI & Next-Generation Technology:** - Utilize practical prompt engineering and scripting skills to optimize workflows and enable intelligent automation. - Integrate APIs and third-party tools into a robust Salesforce solution. **Requirements:** - 35+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation and administration experience in large, global environments. - Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and core Salesforce configuration with the ability to translate business challenges into technical requirements and solution architectures. - Experience with SQL/SOQL for data analysis and validation tasks. - Familiarity with next-gen technologies and modern technical stacks, including CI/CD, git-based version control, and multi-environment deployment practices. - Solid understanding of ERP/SAP integrations, especially within manufacturing organizations, with knowledge of supply chain, order lifecycle, or production processes. - Experience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Apttus/Conga CPQ, including bundles, pricing logic, discount structures, approval flows, callbacks, and promotional mechanisms is advantageous. - Knowledge of DocuSign, Bit2Win, or similar ecosystem tools is a plus. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication capabilities are required. - Ability to simplify complex systems for non-technical stakeholders. - Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently across distributed time zones. - Effective time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. - Proficient knowledge of Agile/Scrum and utilization of Jira & Confluence. - Fluent English is required. - Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales, Service, CPQ) is advantageous.
