Role Overview:
You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Data Quality Execution within the Firmwide Finance Business Architecture team. As a Data Quality Execution Associate, you will be responsible for hands-on execution of data quality items through the lifecycle management process, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to firmwide standards and local procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day management of data quality items impacting Corporate Finance & T/CIO functional areas through all lifecycle phases.
- Review and validate newly submitted data quality items using the C/F & T/CIO CDO Intake Checklist.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to assess business impact, prioritize data quality items, and progress them to meet SLA guidelines.
- Create, assign, and monitor tasks in the DQM tool to track resolution steps and ownership.
- Validate closure of data quality item tasks by confirming resolution and obtaining required documentation sign-offs.
- Support preparation of governance forum materials and contribute to thematic reviews.
- Support training and onboarding of stakeholders on data quality item processes and tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in Data Quality forums and working groups.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Risk Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, data management, project coordination, or business analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and work collaboratively across diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated learner with sound judgment, ability to navigate ambiguity, and escalate issues appropriately.
- Knowledge and ability to interpret and apply governance documents.
