Contract Logistics Human Resources Specialist

You will be part of the Contract Logistics team at our company, contributing your expertise to ensure Customer Operational Excellence. Your primary objective will be to provide consultation support in all areas of Human Resources across warehousing distribution functions. - Complete daily tasks following internal standard operating procedures and local regulations - Handle recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding formalities, inductions, and employee industrial relations - Respond to employee inquiries on people-related matters - Ensure timely and accurate updating of employee data reports - Verify attendance records before monthly payroll - Manage disciplinary grievances with necessary documentation - Contribute to projects, events, and process improvements - Support general administration tasks and company asset management - Manage agencies/vendors for people administration tasks in the warehouses Qualifications Required: - Graduate degree in Human Resources with a minimum of 5 years of experience - Strong experience in vendor management, statutory compliance, and labor laws in a diverse organization - Excellent communication skills - Knowledge of basic MS Excel for data presentation and analysis - Strong interpersonal skills and experience in handling internal and external stakeholders Joining our team at Kuehne Nagel offers you the opportunity to be part of a people-centric organization where we believe in valuing our employees as much as our customers.
