Contract Controller

As a Virtual CFO Partner at ARP Advisory, you will be redefining how startups and SMEs access financial leadership. You will provide growing businesses with strategic insights, financial and compliance discipline, and reporting structures they need without the full-time CFO overhead. You will work closely with experienced professionals, supporting founders, CEOs, and leadership teams with decision-making insights. - Manage financial reporting, analysis, compliances, and dashboards for multiple clients - Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning - Analyze financial performance, identify risks & opportunities, and recommend improvements - Develop models and tools to help clients manage cash flow and growth planning - Contribute to investor decks, board reports, and fundraising support - Partner with cross-functional client teams to bring financial clarity to day-to-day operations and compliance - Implement process improvements to streamline financial operations Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/ Masters in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - 25 years of experience in controllership, financial analysis, FP&A, audit, consulting, compliance, or similar roles - Strong financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets skills; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) a plus - Excellent understanding of financial statements and business performance drivers - Solid communicator able to simplify financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders If you join ARP Advisory, you will have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals and strategic finance leaders.
