Job Description
As the Seed Processing Manager at HM Clause, you will play a crucial role in overseeing end-to-end seed processing activities, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering high-quality products to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Representing and contributing to site initiatives focused on enhancing Safety and Quality culture, ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
- Supporting implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Management System (QMS) to exceed customer expectations.
- Actively participating in plant ELITE initiatives such as CRP, SIM, OEE, 5S, Visual Management, Kaizen, QRQC, RCA, Why Why Analysis, FMEA, Gemba Walk, etc.
- Coordinating with Supply Planning and Customer Service teams to ensure timely supply volumes for domestic and export markets.
- Developing the team by setting objectives, tracking performance, and building capabilities.
- Creating training plans for team members, conducting evaluations, and ensuring robust development plans.
