Content Designer

Role Overview: As a Senior Content Designer at Outreach, you will play a crucial role in modernizing and scaling the sales process by ensuring the product platform's message is compelling, consistent, and unique. You will collaborate with various teams to create a cohesive product platform that enables businesses to focus more on their customers. Your primary responsibility will be to establish content strategy, write clear and compelling copy across multiple touchpoints, and evangelize the Content Design function. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with a strong, fast-moving product team to establish content strategy and ensure consistency across features - Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for UI elements, education, emails, notifications, and more - Build messaging frameworks and conduct competitive audits to defend rationale for project work - Evangelize the Content Design function by contributing to the voice and tone of the platform - Collaborate with cross-functional peers to align on product goals and deliverables - Share work regularly, gather feedback, and provide actionable feedback for other writers Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience as a Content Designer, Content Strategist, or related roles - Outstanding writing, editing, and content strategy skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong understanding of common design patterns and UX principles - Proven experience on content-led projects and highly-complex product work - Ability to collaborate successfully in a fast-paced environment - Passion for Content Design and building products with amazing people - Figma proficiency is a plus - Portfolio of writing samples Note: This is a remote role with occasional travel to the Hyderabad office.
