Role Overview:
At EY, there are ambitious plans to expand the already market-leading Cybersecurity practice. They are seeking excellent individuals at all levels to join and contribute to the exciting growth strategy. As a Consultant in the Cybersecurity practice, you will work within IT Risk and Security, with exposure to cybersecurity assessments and involvement in delivering security implementations or remediation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver information security projects as part of a team of Advisory professionals.
- Define technical and business requirements for information security solutions.
- Develop information security processes and policies to secure and enable the business.
- Enforce business, privacy, and security policies.
- Implement IT and information security-related technology products.
- Review, assess, benchmark, and develop issue remediation action plans for all aspects of information security programs and technologies.
- Develop information security strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
- Mentor and coach junior staff, delegating tasks and providing guidance.
- Review the work of junior employees and assist in preparing final work products.
- Provide performance feedback, training, and conduct performance reviews.
- Foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualification Required:
- A degree in engineering, B.E. or B.Tech, and Masters in business administration.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience post-graduate qualification.
- Additional relevant Security related Certifications preferred, such as Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP).
- Experience in information and cyber security is essential.
- Skills in security methods like vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, privacy assessments, intrusion detection, incident response, security policy creation, enterprise security strategies, architectures, and governance.
- Understanding of networking, operating systems, security technologies, and application programming languages.
- Capability and experience in Attack & Penetration Testing, Cyber Incident Response, and Cyber Strategy & Programme Assessment.
