Job Description

As a Marketing Consultant at Dell Technologies, you will play a crucial role in shaping customer engagement by developing strategic insights, understanding the market, and forming strong partnerships, particularly in the SMB segment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead strategic marketing planning efforts for the SMB segment, defining growth priorities and aligning resources in collaboration with global and regional teams. - Develop and execute integrated go-to-market plans with internal stakeholders such as Product Marketing, Sales, Partner Marketing, and Communications. - Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry partners, distributors, and ecosystem collaborators to expand market reach and drive demand generation. - Translate market insights and partner feedback into actionable strategies to enhance Dell's SMB portfolio positioning and customer engagement. - Guide the team in designing and executing innovative programs and campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes. - Play a leadership role within the Field Marketing organization, promoting collaboration, innovation, and best practice sharing across teams and regions. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in B2B or technology marketing focusing on strategic planning, go-to-market execution, and partnership development. - Ability to translate business goals into cohesive marketing strategies, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable impact. - Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills across internal teams and external partners. - Analytical and planning capabilities to synthesize complex data into clear direction and recommendations. - Passion for the SMB market, understanding of partner ecosystems, and a collaborative approach to drive shared success. Desirable Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Experience working in regional or global technology organizations.
