Computer Hardware & Networking Engineer

You have the opportunity to join Aryson Technologies as a Computer Hardware & Networking Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily IT activities, providing support to internal teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of systems and networks. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Manage and maintain system inventory, including hardware, software, and IT assets. - Handle LAN setup, monitoring, and network troubleshooting. - Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups. - Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. - Support Windows Server (Active Directory) and Linux systems. - Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and software support. - Assist in implementing security measures, patching, and access management. - Maintain proper documentation for system configurations and IT procedures. **Required Skills and Abilities:** - Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu/RHEL). - Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls). - Basic experience in system troubleshooting and IT support. - Exposure to virtualization tools (VMware or Hyper-V) is a plus. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is an advantage. - Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn. **Eligibility Criteria:** - Qualification: BCA / MCA / B.Tech / M.Tech or relevant technical qualification - Experience: 01 Year **Working Schedule:** - 5.5 working days per week - 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays are off **Benefits:** - Paid sick time - Paid time off The role offers a monthly salary of 15,000 and is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.
