Job Description
As an Intune Security & Compliance Engineer at our company, your role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining secure device configurations using Microsoft Intune. You will focus on improving compliance automation and strengthening the endpoint security posture across Windows and mobile platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining endpoint security and compliance configurations using Microsoft Intune
- Engineering enhanced compliance policies, device posture rules, vulnerability requirements, and security baselines
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex compliance and device management issues at scale
- Configuring and supporting Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), including policy tuning and access workflows
- Deploying and managing Remote Help configurations and assisting with support team onboarding
- Deploying and supporting endpoint protection for Windows, iOS, and Android devices
- Collaborating with Security, Network, and Client Engineering teams to ensure secure and compliant device access
- Contributing to security assessments and supporting remediation actions
- Improving security posture visibility and compliance reporting through automation and scripting
Qualifications for this role include:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, device health monitoring, and security baselines
- Solid experience with endpoint security solutions, such as enterprise EDR platforms
- Strong knowledge of Windows device management and Windows Update for Business
- Experience troubleshooting large-scale endpoint compliance issues
- Strong understanding of Computer Security, Information Security, and Endpoint Security
- Experience working in enterprise-scale environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience with Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM)
- Experience with Remote Help solutions
- Exposure to security and device management platforms such as BindPlane, Tanium, or similar tools
- Experience with mobile security, including app protection and device onboarding
- Familiarity with supporting compliance frameworks in large organizations
- Experience collaborating with Network teams on expanded compliance criteria

- Deliver secure, compliant, and scalable endpoint configurations
- Improve endpoint security posture visibility and automation
- Ensure a smooth rollout of security tools with minimal user disruption
- Build strong cross-functional collaboration with Security, Network, and IT teams
