Communication Designer

Role Overview: You will be a Communication Designer with a strong foundation in graphic design and an understanding of instructional design principles. Your main responsibility will be to create high-impact visual communication assets to support client pitches, sales enablement initiatives, and innovation lab showcases. This will involve translating complex business content into clear, structured, and visually compelling narratives through collaboration with business stakeholders and subject matter experts. You will also be developing interactive presentation experiences using tools like Prezi and Intuiface. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop visual storytelling assets for case studies, proposals, and sales presentations - Create interactive presentation experiences and narrative flows using tools such as Prezi and Intuiface - Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand requirements and translate content into effective visual formats - Participate in client and internal stakeholder discussions to gather inputs, refine briefs, and shape communication approach - Convert unstructured and content-heavy inputs into clear, concise, and visually engaging deliverables - Contribute to innovation lab showcases and immersive environments through high-quality visual and interactive assets - Ensure all outputs are brand-compliant, consistent, and aligned with business objectives Qualifications Required: - Graduate (B Des, BA Arts, BFA) - Experience with Prezi and/or Intuiface for interactive presentations - Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate - Exposure to 3D, AR/VR, or immersive storytelling formats - Experience in developing interactive or experiential communication assets Additional Information: The company, WNS (Holdings) Limited, is a leading Business Process Management (BPM) company that combines deep industry knowledge with technology and analytics expertise to co-create innovative, digital-led transformational solutions with clients across 10 industries.
