Role Overview:
AB InBev GCC, a strategic partner for Anheuser-Busch InBev, focuses on leveraging data and analytics to drive growth in critical business functions such as operations, finance, people, and technology. The teams are dedicated to transforming Operations through Tech and Analytics. As a Commercial Sales Manager at AB InBev GCC, your role will be pivotal in driving data-led decision-making and operational efficiency for the sales team. You will combine analytics, applied data science, and data engineering to enable end-to-end ownership, from data sourcing and transformation to insight generation and business storytelling. Your key responsibilities will include supporting on tracking and monitoring of Sales Executive KPIs, analyzing data affecting sales productivity, understanding and reporting of various KPIs, recommending measures for process improvement, and creating actionable insights based on reported data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support on tracking and monitoring of Sales Executive KPIs
- Analyze data affecting the productivity of Sales and provide deep dives to close gaps
- Understand and report KPIs such as Distribution, Sales Visits, Volume, Market Share, Shelf Share data, and marketing parameters
- Recommend measures to improve the sales process by analyzing structured and unstructured data
- Create actionable insights and recommendations based on reported data for the sales team to make strategies
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- Masters degree (MBA, Analytics, or Data Science) preferred
- 58 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Data Engineering roles
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Python for data analysis and visualization
- Strong problem-solving skills across analytics, data science, and data engineering domains
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
