Role Overview:
As a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, your main responsibility will be to deliver sustainable revenue and book growth across assets and liabilities. You will need to achieve targets for fund-based and non-fund-based products, including working capital loans, term loans, trade finance, cross-sell treasury services, cash management services, forex services, and salary accounts. Your focus will be on sustaining high client satisfaction scores through regular engagement, prompt issue resolution, ensuring creditworthiness, monitoring compliance with risk policies, minimizing NPAs, and maintaining a healthy portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sustainable revenue and book growth across assets and liabilities
- Achieve targets for fund-based and non-fund-based products
- Ensure high client satisfaction scores through regular engagement
- Promptly resolve issues and ensure creditworthiness
- Monitor compliance with risk policies and minimize NPAs
- Coordinate with product teams to meet client needs
- Arrange CAM preparation, NTB, ETB renewals, and covenant monitoring
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Provide support for operations and ensure seamless service delivery
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
Qualifications Required:
- Graduation degree, any postgraduate qualification is a plus
- Minimum five years of experience in a relationship manager position
