Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

Role Overview: As a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, your main responsibility will be to deliver sustainable revenue and book growth across assets and liabilities. You will need to achieve targets for fund-based and non-fund-based products, including working capital loans, term loans, trade finance, cross-sell treasury services, cash management services, forex services, and salary accounts. Your focus will be on sustaining high client satisfaction scores through regular engagement, prompt issue resolution, ensuring creditworthiness, monitoring compliance with risk policies, minimizing NPAs, and maintaining a healthy portfolio.
