Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Cold Room Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing and installation processes of cold room doors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production operations, maintaining high-quality standards, coordinating with internal teams, and managing workforce planning to meet project timelines and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the manufacturing and installation processes of cold room doors.
• Coordinate with production, refrigeration, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are maintained across all manufacturing activities.
• Manage manpower allocation, workflow planning, and daily production targets.
• Monitor production performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
• Support project execution and ensure timely delivery of cold room door installations.
• Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma / ITI / Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of cold storage systems, insulation panels, cold room doors, and refrigeration coordination.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the cold room, refrigeration, or insulated panel industry.
• Ability to manage production schedules and supervise installation teams.
• GCC experience will be an advantage.
