As a Coding Trainer Teacher Training working night shifts, your role will involve training, upskilling, and certifying coding mentors and teachers to deliver high-quality coding sessions. You will focus on strengthening technical depth, instructional approach, classroom management, and platform readiness. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting structured training sessions for newly onboarded coding mentors and teachers. Delivering refresher and upskilling sessions for existing teachers on advanced coding concepts and updated curricula. Evaluating teachers on coding proficiency, teaching methodology, communication, and classroom readiness. Designing and executing training modules, assessments, and certification frameworks for coding teachers. Identifying skill gaps and creating personalized improvement plans for teachers. Conducting mock sessions, demo evaluations, and feedback discussions. Ensuring teachers are industry-ready and capable of handling live classes independently from Day 1. Collaborating with curriculum, quality, and operations teams to align training standards. Maintaining training documentation, trackers, and performance reports. Ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks, training timelines, and operational SLAs. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience as a coding trainer, teacher trainer, or technical mentor. Strong hands-on expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, Scratch, JavaScript, or similar. Deep understanding of coding fundamentals, data structures, and logical problem-solving. Excellent communication and mentoring skills with the ability to train adult learners. Experience working in a fast-paced startup or EdTech environment is a plus. Willingness and ability to work night shifts to support global operations.
