Role Overview: As the Procurement Head in the real estate sector, you will be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities related to materials, contracts, and vendor relationships. Your role involves developing procurement strategies, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales & Marketing, Projects team, and external stakeholders including Consultants and Suppliers/Vendors.
