You are an Inside Sales Executive at siliconops.ai, a premier technology firm specializing in AI-driven infrastructure and intelligent automation. Your role involves managing the full sales lifecycle, from generating and qualifying leads to negotiating commercial terms and closing contracts remotely. Your main responsibilities include virtual business development, solution presentations, commercial negotiation, deal closing, cloud advocacy, retention & upselling, intelligence gathering, and meeting performance metrics. **Core Roles and Responsibilities:** - Utilize digital tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and advanced outreach strategies for virtual business development. - Lead remote demonstrations of siliconops.ai cloud portfolio to address mid-market challenges. - Draft professional proposals, manage pricing negotiations, and secure high-value cloud service agreements. - Consistently meet revenue quotas by converting sales pipeline into active accounts. - Deliver persuasive demonstrations of siliconops.ai hybrid cloud capabilities and ensure client satisfaction for account retention. - Monitor industry trends, competitor positioning, and market shifts to inform internal strategies. - Meet and exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets. **Qualifications and Professional Skills:** - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience in B2B technology sector. - Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and managing B2B sales cycles. - Digital Influence: Strong communication skills to build rapport and project authority over video and phone. - Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to influence C-suite executives. - Technical Proficiency: Understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and networking, storage, and database management. - Attributes: Self-motivated, disciplined in time management, and capable of working in a high-growth environment.
