Job Description

You are an experienced Real Estate Closing Manager and Sourcing Manager with a background in residential sales. Your role is performance-driven and requires you to operate at a high closing ratio. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle pre-qualified / hot leads provided by the company. - Conduct site visits and property presentations. - Convert leads into token / booking confirmation. - Manage pricing discussions, offers, and customer negotiations. - Take complete ownership of follow-ups, client nurturing, and closure funnel. - Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for documentation. - Ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to booking. **Required Experience:** - 37 years of experience in real estate sales closing (residential preferred). - Proven track record of consistent closures and meeting monthly targets. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to understand buyer psychology. - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. - Market knowledge in Thane.
