As an Account Manager - US Staffing, you will be responsible for managing and expanding business relationships with both existing and new clients who are primarily SI Clients (Implementation Partners). Your excellent communication skills and career stability will be essential for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients and identify opportunities for account growth. - Acquire new business by engaging with potential clients through various strategic methods such as cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals. - Act as the main point of contact for client POCs to establish enduring and reliable relationships. - Comprehend client needs, hiring requirements, and project pipelines to provide effective staffing solutions. - Monitor and report on account performance, revenue generation, and growth indicators. - Collaborate closely with senior management to align business objectives and ensure client contentment. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - Possess a minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in US IT Staffing, with at least 3+ years in an account management or client-facing capacity. - Have a strong network and established relationships with client POCs, particularly with implementation partners. - Demonstrated capability to secure new business and manage substantial accounts efficiently. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - In-depth knowledge of US staffing processes, tax terms, and visa classifications. - Results-oriented mindset with a firm sense of responsibility and ownership.
