Job Description
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
**Role Overview:**
Shining 3D is a world-class technology company offering 3D digital solutions with a global presence. Your role will involve managing existing key accounts, expanding new sales channels, and generating sales revenues by performing product demonstrations at customer sites. You will need to have a complete understanding of Shining 3D's hardware and software products to effectively demonstrate them to potential customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure effective follow-up on business opportunities and manage existing key accounts while expanding new sales channels.
- Generate sales revenues by conducting product demonstrations at selected customer sites.
- Evaluate customer requirements, including installation location, mounting needs, customer engineering drawings, CAD data, GD&T, and inspection plans.
- Develop expert knowledge of Shining 3D's products to showcase them at marketing and sales events.
- Identify additional sales opportunities beyond traditional channels.
- Utilize internal resources like sales management, Inside Sales Specialists, Applications Engineers, and marketing to advance and close sales.
- Act as a point of contact and provide technical support to potential customers during the evaluation period.
- Communicate recommendations for hardware and software changes to Applications Engineers and R&D based on customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance goals.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Prefer a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in metrology, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, surveying, or quality control.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
- Minimum 3 years of proven and successful track record in sales of Capital Equipment/Industrial Sales.
- Familiarity with 3D scanning products or industrial measurement, experience in selling 3D related products is a strong plus.
