Job Description
As part of the S&C Global Network - AI - CFO & EV - Fraud Analytics team at Accenture, you will have the opportunity to work with top financial clients globally and utilize cutting-edge technologies to develop innovative solutions. Accenture will invest in your learning and growth, providing you with a diverse and vibrant team environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Engagement Execution:
- Work independently or with minimal supervision on client engagements involving model development, validation, governance, strategy, transformation, and implementation of fraud analytics solutions.
- Advise clients on Fraud Management/Analytics initiatives, including advisory work for CXOs to achieve business and operational outcomes.
- Develop and frame Proof of Concept for key clients as needed.
Practice Enablement:
- Guide junior team members and drive innovations and initiatives within the Practice.
- Develop and disseminate thought leadership around current and emerging trends in Fraud Analytics and Management.
- Support the sales team in identifying and winning potential opportunities, assisting with RFPs, RFIs, designing POVs, and GTM collateral.
As part of the S&C Global Network team, you should have:
- 3-5 years of relevant Fraud Analytics experience in Financial Services firms or Professional Services/Risk Advisory.
- Advanced skills in development and validation of fraud analytics models, strategies, and visualizations.
- Expertise in methodologies/tools/technologies in the Fraud management space.
- Experience in building models using AI/ML methodologies and analytical tools such as SAS, R, Python, SQL, etc.
- Strong conceptual knowledge and practical experience in the Development, Validation, and Deployment of ML/AL models.
- Hands-on programming experience with analytics and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of big data, ML ops, and cloud platforms.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
