Experience: Minimum 25 years as CCTV Operator / Surveillance Operator

Key Responsibilities
Monitor live CCTV footage and ensure 24/7 surveillance of company premises.
Identify suspicious activities and report incidents immediately to the security team.
Maintain CCTV systems, ensure cameras are functioning properly, and escalate technical issues.
Record, store, and manage surveillance footage as per company policies.
Prepare daily/weekly incident reports and maintain accurate logs.
Coordinate with security & operations departments during emergencies.

Candidate Profile
25 years of hands-on experience in CCTV monitoring or security surveillance.
Knowledge of CCTV systems, control room operations, and surveillance techniques.
Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and stay alert for long hours.
Good communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
Experience in industrial, plant, or manufacturing setup preferred.
